1. Confirmation of availability- I will aim to get back in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm my availability.

2. Design- We will work with you over email to design your event. We are happy to chat on the phone but find that email is the most visual way to complete this step. 

3. Payment- Once we have finalised your design, we will send you a final quote and invoice, you can pay your deposit online with a credit or debit card! (50% deposit secures your date). The remaining payment will be due one week before your event!

4. Installation-  We deliver and install for your big day!
