Designed in a waterproof pot, to give it the best chances outdoors.
Upon ordering please email teresa@prettyflyco.co.uk quoting your order number with the photo you would like to be included within the balloon and the wording you would like on the image.
Balloons are fragile, please treat them as such. As with all of our balloons we cannot accept responsibility for them once they have left our care, and while we have taken every precaution to make this balloon last better outdoors we are in no way guaranteeing that it will.

Local Delivery-
We offer local delivery for all balloons within Coventry, this option should appear when you input your postcode at checkout, if it does not and you would like to utilise this service please contact us for additional information.
Shipping-
Only certain balloons are suitable for shipping. Where available we will use DHL or DPD to deliver your balloons, and will dispatch Monday- Friday. Just request your preferred delivery date when ordering
Please note that we cannot dispatch with less than 1 weeks notice. If you require sooner than this please contact us to see if we can help.
WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO ACCOMODATE YOUR PREFERRED COLLECTION / DELIVERY DATE BUT WILL CONTACT YOU IF THIS IS NOT SUITABLE.
We always recommend you request collection/ delivery for the day before the event!
